OXE Logs

Post by meynardp »

Hi All,

Good day to you all!

Just a clarification, does OXE writes a log file or to it's database all the events that's happening on all locals or extensions? for example, when a local activates or deactivates DND, lock, immediate forward, etc... Is there anyway to monitor these events?

Thanks.

Regards,

Meynard

All events? Like the phone rang? no, it stores different things to diffrent places:
eg.
phone was disconnected: logfile (incident)
there was a conversation with outside party: tariffication files
forward, dnd, huntgroup login/logout etc... database (mao files + memory)

Monitor what? state of a phone set? yes, it's possible, but it could be accomplished in different ways, and in some cases requires extra server or license.

For example: listfwd command will give you info about every extension in your system.
