MOH not from oxo with GSM calls

Caller comes from GSM to oxo (test with o2 germany). Caller doesn't hear Moh from oxo. Only waiting message from GSM Provider (hold the line...) . Any ideas?

Not sure - but you can try - Debug Labels - FacilityIE change from 01 to 00.
When internal user make hold - PBX send to provider "FacilityMessage" about hold.

Thanks. I have changed FacilityIE change 00 and BC31k_ISDN 01. Than reset System.
problem remains...

please describe your case - GSM user dial number from OXO, OXO user answer and place call on hold and now external user hear announcement from GSM provider?
