T2 Alarm on Alcatel for 20 Sec

I am using alcatel version R7.1-f5.401-17-b-in-c0

My problem is i gets T2 Alrms on my PRI lines for 20 sec but no call drops

03/03/09 16:47:24 000000M|02/04/0/001|=4:2112=AIS alarm on T2 access
03/03/09 16:47:24 000000M|02/04/0/001|=2:0310=T2 Dlap Released
03/03/09 16:47:44 000000M|02/04/0/001|=5:2102=T2 access back to normal
03/03/09 16:47:44 000000M|02/04/0/001|=4:2113=T2 lapD not established still trying
03/03/09 16:47:44 000000M|02/04/0/001|=5:0311=T2 Dlap Established


AS in above logs also lines went down for 20 sec but none of the call dropped.



Can any body help me out on this

NO I am sure that this problem is not because of S.P as I have more than 6 Alcatel 4400 at diff location and all of them facing the same problem after upgrading with the version 7

Have you checked your synchronization configuration? Use the infocs command to check it...

Check your board configuration (ie CRC4, or Trunk COS temps).
