Help me to fix crystal system for incoming call

Dear sir

My system is crytal, CPU7, R8.0.

i am using Charging NDDI (BCA) trunks for incoming call. But i got big problem that:


the outside caller call to my system. ring to operator. the operator not answer. then caller hang up. the operator phone still ringing till he press release. if he did not press release the phone ring for long time.

pls help me to fix this

Check the polarity reversion configuration, sounds to me like OXE is not detecting the hangup event. Check if your lines have this facility.

If we have incoming NDDI calls (not answered) - end of incoming calls - just stop incoming ringing.
But in this case we say about operator - may be used incoming greeting or something else?

i have your problem too and solved it with this configuration:
system---tone detector parameter---busy tone--play with the minimum and maximum (digit) and i hope that you can fix it.
minimum pulse timer(busy tone)=40(default)
maximum pulse timer(busy tone)=60(default)
minimum pulse timer(busy tone)=40(default)
maximum pulse timer(busy tone)=60(default)
change the digits for example minimum=30 maximum=40
it is necessary to mention, your both minimum digit should be like together and maximum too and please pay attention if you reduce the digit may be your line cut off between conversation.try and let me know the result.

hi all,

i fixed this problem with crystal OXE by adjust system other parameter:
No detect.of On-hook tone + False

but with Common HW OXE problem still there Even i changed parameter as above for this.


any one can help me??
