Dial up networking on Vista OMC

I'm using OMC version 700/23.1a which is working almost perfectly with Vista Business 32bit. The only thing that I can;t seen to get working is the Modem Phonebook. Although I have several DUN connections configured, the OMC phonebook is always blank.

The same OMC version works on XP. Does anyone know any tips or tricks that will make i work in Vista?
