How to configure DHCP relay??

I want to configure dhcp relay. Anyone please advice me to explain to cofigure dhcp relay correctly by step. Because before that i folloow the manual, my configuration still not fucntion. Hope you all can help me k.

ip helper per-vlan only
ip helper address 192.168.10.100 vlan 11

You might want to configure a forwarding delay of 0 in some cases.

So i should configure SNMP first??

No, you don't need any snmp-config for dhcp-relais (= ip-helper).
Try the commands benny has givven you.
