Your diagram is incomplete. How are the 2 PBX interconnected: ISDN, analog or IP lines? Where are the public lines connected: OXO or Panasonic? What are you trying to achieve with this?

there is a single lines drawn from phones to the 2 PBX it is the indication where it is connected. there are no digital phones just analog phones. the question is where do we connectec the PSTN it should be at the OXO or at the panasonic? Second question is the analog phones are connected to the panasonic, how to configure the analog phones to the OXO?

The phones are connected to both PBX's?
I don't understand what you need and how are your PBX's connected to each other. Wouldn't it be easier to use only one?

Good Day!!!
I don't have a choice that what our client wants. About the connection from analog phones connected to the panasonic pbx and the panasonic pbx is connected to the OXO from the OXO it is connected to the router.

Questions:
1.) Where do i connect the PSTN? Is it on the OXO or on the panasonic pbx?
2.) from that setup, the analog phones are connected to the panasonic pbx, question is, how do we configure it to the OXO?
