DTMF during a conference call

Hi all,
i'm having trouble on the use of DTMF during a conference call
i try to explain :
during an incoming call i need to connect ( conference) with an external service for call recording and it asks to dial a pin for logging in .
After placed the first call on hold, i make a second external call to the recorder system and at the answer i press the dtmf key on my phone and i dial the pin code . After this step i should press the conference key and put all toghether in conference, but the system didn't send any tone on the call to the recorder so i can't login, start rec and complete the call.

I'm on an OXO rel. 410/015 and using an UA interface (tested on First and Premium Phone)

Should you have to press the DTMF key on an outgoing call?

laoade firmware again with lola and the everithing works great

I must press dtmf key every time i do a new action (example : after 2 call and after pressed conference key)
the tone are transmitted only on the second call ( the first caller in/out the same, doesn't hear nothing)
