After Update from 581 to 582 no ext. authentication

I've update a OTUC to 5.1.000.528. After this the external authentication with LDAP is no longer working. I can only login with the OTUC-User password (authentication is casceded 1. LDAP 2. DTA). The authentication.xml looks fine an the ldap-plugin seems to be correctly configured.
I've done the same in my lab and there i'am having the same problems.
I used Wireshark to see the LDAP messages and all looks fine. When the correct password is entered i get an ok message from the LDAP server. So the LDAP communication should not be the problem.
I tried to trace withe the Log4JAdmin tool, but with no results.

The customer told me today that the faxserver is also not working. He uses an LDAP query for fax routing, no users are configured. The ofs and otuc run on the same machine. So it seems that there is a general problem.

Has anyone an idea?

I have the same Problem, no ext. Authentication after Update to 582.
But all Users in the standard AD Directory CN=Users (CN=Users,DC=Company,DC=com) for Example are working.
The external authentication on Fax-Server is working, but its a Standalone Machine, not installed on OTUC.
Alcatel told me there is a Problem with LDAP if too many Users and OU´s were created in the AD but i could not figure out
how many Users it is. And why Fax-Server works and OTUC not.

i spoke with Alcatel and they told me there is a bug after Updating to 582 with external Authentication.
If you open a Service Request you will get a Patch which is not on BP-Website for download.
After intalling it everything should be ok...
Ill try this by myselve and give a short feedback if it works...

same news here. Alcatel told my updated to 583, which is out since 3.7. I will test it in my lab and see whats happening.

News from the lab, with version 583 the external authentication works again.
