Any reason why GA card cannot initialise

Absent IP connection with CS or not decleared MAC address in management. Or not installed right software.
You can connect V24 (like CPU) and check what wrong.

YOuy should first configure it under your CS (mgr)
When you reset the board what incident shows up?
Can you post your config?

Configure the IP address from the CS
Shelf / Board / Ethernet configuration
Put the mac address, and the IP, and reset the board..

Dont forget to do lanpbxbuild so it can download the binary
