I have an Alcatel 4400 with Release 1.52 (i know it´s old!
andi tried to configure a T0 Trunk to connect my Alcatel via EICON DIVA Server BRI Card to Cycos Unified Messaging System MRS 6.01.
I configured Number "3" as Professional Trunk Group without Sub Adress
and also a Trunk which is called MRS which goes with 2 "mixed" ISDN Lines (4 Channels) to my BRA2.
When i call 3 on my phone i can see in Display MRS and i can dial 3 digits
for my own number to go to the ISDN lines! Then it takes 5 Seconds and i get Line Busy sign....
I tried to connect EICON DIVA SERVER BRI Card to the configured ISDN
Port but the Card Test software always says "check Cable Layer 1 Error"!
The Card is configured as QSIG PBX - Alcatel 4400 and the Telephone
System has an EDSS1 T0 Trunk. I tried Cross Link ISDN Cable but
got the same error! When i connect the EICON Card with a normal S0 BUS
it´s answering for a call!
Does anyone know how to configure this? Or do i have this problem cause
of my old Software release?
