unable to connect 4635 IMAP server

Hi,
I'm unable to connect IMAP server.
I'm getting the ping response but not getting Telnet.
When I try to Telnet ,it is showing "Registry IVR mail box is invalid" and Mandatory Configaration is missing in /etc/a4635/ac1conf :492
My system details is as below:
Product Lines – Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise ( Crystal )
Release 8.0
Voice mail Information :
Board Type : VPU5
system Type: 4635
Software Release:5.3.10
Operating System Version :07.05.18
Jobs done :
1 Checked Actis software lock 314 -4635 My Messaging use = 100

2.2. Checked the application 240
Access to the menu 17.2.2 External Application Management/Application Administration/modify Application.
Menu 17 - External Application Management
Application ID : 240
Application Name : IVR LAN
Maximum Sessions Allowed : 144
Application password = 2222
2.3. Checked the application 241
Access to the menu 17.2.2 External Application Management/Application Administration/modify Application.
Menu 17 - External Application Management
Application ID : 241
Application Name : ASA LAN
Maximum Sessions Allowed : 24
Application password = 2222
2.4. Validated the IMAP server
Access to the menu 17.5 External Application Management/Internal IMAP Server Administration
Menu 17 - External Application Management
Internal IMAP Server Configuration
Start Internal Imap Server : Y
2.5. Configured the class of service
Select a class of service 5 and enable the parameter My Messaging.
Menu 7 - Class of Service 5 Profile ( page 2 )
My Messaging: Y
3 Allocate the class of service above to users allowed to use this application.
4 Open an Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook & created an account with below mentioned settings :
• The type of server used (IMAP)
• Account (User's) name and password (user's voice mailbox number and voice mail access password)
• Email Address – Extension Number @ voice mail server IP address
• Incoming voice mail/messaging server name (voice mail IP address)
• Outgoing voice mail/messaging server name (the address of that as well )
I also attach some details about the configaration I've done.
Pls suggest.
