If the bios is being flashed, you'll also see a message telling you that you need to do a HARD RESET (turn off the power on the CPU)

Yes Frank, I did that. When I restarted it the CPU 6 it was not booting up ,no incidents on hyperterminal and Ethernet led was not on whereas on my laptop it should the ethernet link is up (it was direct connection onto the CBRMA connection box).
Any jumper setting required for it to boot. pls let me known I am in dip shit for it.

My CPU6s2 are stopped sometimes, if you linked on serial, you`ll see that it is in Monitor Main Menu and if you search in CMOS management, it doesn`t see its HDD. If you stop and you restart from ON/OFF, the Alcatel starts like nothing happened and no incidents into.
What do you think about this?
Is this similary with Vnbadiger`s problems?
HDD was changed and didn`t change anything.

I dont see any incidents of CPU booting, which we all see during booting stage.
No ethernet led whereas on laptop network connection shows on. absolutly no activity on CPU.

My defective CPU is different that you said. Advice: change CPU and test it at your workplace.
