Can anyone explain why the following error occurs when attempting to modify the access type on Digital Access 1?

Processing Failure
OBJECT -1: T0/T2 Access No.: Cannot modify the type of the access, already i

Need to change from T1 CAS to T1 CCS. "Trkstat 0 24 1 " shows Access 1 is enabled. This Access was previously configured for QSIG to Nortel switch; I need to reconfigured for new T1 PRI with T1 CCS signaling.

Your help will be appreciated.

You might have to disable the synchronization, or delete the time slots if you are trying to modify a trunk which already have time slots

First: delete the access in the trunkgroup. When you´re changing to master-sync, check Network-Mode "yes" in Board/Digital Access along with Sync-Prio 255.

Thanks for your responses; however, the problems is not solved yet.

X25 Synchronization is disabled for the trunk grp; however the following error occurs when attempting to delete the trunk grp:
OBJECT -1: Trunk Group Id: Trunk(s) assigned to this trunk group

And the following error occurs when attempting to delete any trunk assigned to the trk grp:
OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Cannot put the terminal out of order

Reset the board, delete the time slots, delete the trunk

All and frank:

Thank you; I was able to change the access signalling type after resetting the board, deleting the time slots, and deleting the trunks.

Thanks again,
