Voice Guide update

Hi all,

I change some prefix in my prefix plan and especially the forwarding cancellation prefix from 41 to *41.

Do you know if it's possible to update my voice guide according to this modification ?

You have to use custom voice guides for this --->use generic for the ones unaffected and custom ones for the ones that you want (of course you are the one that must record them).

I really have to record it ? Do you mean that I must say the sentence ? Because in my voice guide CD, there are some *.wav and especially the vg00007.wav that is the guide about the forward cancellation but without the numbers at the end of the sentence... That means that I should have a tool to create custom guides ?!

Do you have more information about this kind of procedure because that's not really clear in the Alcatel documentation...

Then record the numbers and mix the 2 voice guides.

OK, for the creation of the sentence, i just have to "concatenate" two or tree *.wav.

But I don't know how to replace the old guide by my new one in the OXE. Because it's not wav files in the OXE...

You need AAS (alcatel audio station) for that. Contact your vendor/provider for such operation.
