I recently had the same problem. After reviewing the psal it was OK, the problem has been on the shelf. Whit a new shelf all was OK.

Hi.

I've got the same problem. Can you please tell me what is PSAL cable and where it could be found?

On the back plane - you have power connection (filter box - with red/blue cable for 48V DC and brown PSAL cable).
PSAL signal = "-48V" during normal operation.

OK, I got it. We've moved cabinets to standard rack from original Alcatel and not connect this wire. Do I need to have the green light which is in original rack or there is only need to connect brown wire to -48V?

The best solution (if you have power supply with battery) - to install "green light" (PSAL).
In case of main power failure system will work from battery and you will have PSAL alarm when voltage will drop below 46V.
System will shutdown correctly.
You can connect -48V instead of PSAL signal - in this case you can have problem when something happen with power supply.
