External Music-On-Hold
Could someone tell me the procedure for setting up external MOH from mgr? I have a 4635 vm in crystal architecture of course. I have set these up on common with AFU but it has been forever since I have done it on cyrstal. Also the device i have has rca output. Would you know if i can use this?

Hello jbower,
I've never seen MOH connected to the 4635. But I know of two other ways to connect MOH to crystal hardware.
The first is connecting it to the MOH on the CPU, this will be needed to be done though the Main distribution Frame.
Or the second, any I think, easyest way is by connecting the MOH source to an analog port on for example an eZ32 board.
Just go down mgr > System > Voice Guides > Create > Function: Z Voice Guide (analog equipment)

Rens

You can use NDDI ports for this purpose. I don't understand what 4635 has to do with it. The documentation is pretty straightforward regarding this.

When 4635 puts a user on hold MOH needs to be played. So how do you regulate what MOH is played on 4635?
