How to prioritize certain incoming number within CCD

Let's say that you have a call center, using CCD
Let's say that the customer tell you "if my field engineers call for tech support, I want them to be #1 in the queue"
How would you do that ?
You would follow what I wrote in this document

Hi,
is there a maximum number of calling numbers in acr database?
We get an empty error message when we adding the 21 entry.

There are limits, if you want more you can install the acr server on a pc

Hi,
we have checked this with Alcatel.
You can define 3000 numbers in Applications -> CCD -> Skill -> Customer parameters, so we need no ACR server at this time.
We cant edited the numbers in CCS because there was a issue in this version or installation we used.
After updating the CCS more than 21 entries can be added and edited.
