Does anyone know how to reset a user voicemail password using mgr?

No idea, how can I find out? I can wipe out the mail box using OXE 4760i but do not know how to reset password.

How does your system look like ?
Is it a 4400 http://www.comnetpl.cz/img/sluzby/ustredny/4400.jpg

The only way to change the voicemail password in a 4400, which is a 4635 type of Voicemail is via a termial connected directly onto the Voicemail off the back plane or you can connect the voicemail cable to a RMA and you can access via dial up. There is no way to cahne a password via mgr to a 4635 voicemail system

Unless if you configure the PBX to use MINICOM.. So you can telnet, and change it ... But then no more serial access..

Your Voice Mail (any of them) is an external software, 4760i can't handle it because it's just a graphical interface of what mgr is.

In application/Voice Mail/4645 VM COS for you COS manage Skip password=yes.
Dial VM number and select 4 (personal settings) and enter new password. (If we say about 4645).
