Amix 4/4/4 board - analog user ports are not available

Hello guys

I have a problem with Amix 4/4/4 board.I instaled it on a OXO (CPU 2) R4 ,the license is ok , the board is present and accepted but i can not use the analog user ports because those port are not present in subscribers list. The analog trunk ports and digital users ports are ok.
It could be something related to hardware problem(pin damage??)??
Until now i didn`t try to change the slot .Maybe someone ecountered this problem.....
