NO Record for each user

Hi All,
4760 Omnivista can synchronize every fine
But when check for each user not find any record?

Please help

When you declear PBX in Directory - for accounting you select detailed or global accounting?

Step by step:
- exist or not accounting tickets on PBX ("accview -tf" command on PBX will show present tickets or not);
- if present - make complete synchronization in 4760, check log in schedule application - download or not 4760 accountimg tickets from PBX;
- if downloaded - start accounting application - do you have some errors or not (like f.e. [12:20:39 PM] > Launch Accounting application.
[12:20:39 PM] > Visibility Domain is Activated, but not declared in Directory!
[12:20:39 PM] > Contact your Directory and Accounting or Taxation Manager!).

Is the EXTERNAL ACCOUNTING turned ON first of all on the PBX ?

Application/ accounting - Files for external accounting=yes. In part "files parameters for external accounting" manage filters (what calls is intresting for you - outgoing, incoming...).
If in you country you use accouning by duration - manage duration accounting.
Declear TG f.e. TG1 accounting at end of call.
Create management of hours f.e. hour 24, tarif 1 for all days of week.
Create charge scale f.e. â„–1 - for tarif 1 manage duration 60, charge unit 1.
Create accounting area f.e. minimum number 0, maximum number 9, scale 1.

Also, under mtcl, go to /DHS3dyn/account and do account ascii and see if you have anything here. If you don't, then you did not turn on external accounting, then you won't have anything in your reports. If you do have things, watch at what date it starts.

Check what I did
- by accview -tf some ticket are there
- after complet synchronize, in shcedule log
- Loading data [4:04:46]
- Data loaded [4:04:46]
Starting account
[4:11:23] Lunch accouting application

In Account/ Organize/ NMC I check has some record
But when check user record still no record
