4039 Agent set

Post by Alcatel_exp »

I have installed 4039 agent set. I have a problem with the call tag display.
I have configured the display to be caller id and pilot name.
The display for the caller id is only 6 characters, I tried to put the pilot name 3 characters and the same. it is always 6 characters. I replace the agent with 4035 sets and it is working fine. is there any specific configuration for 4039 to display more than 6 charatcters for the caller id.

Configure 4039 as ProCCD set and 4068 as an agent/supervisor. Logon softkey will be on menu page key 8 by default. I soon as you logged in, main page becomes CC, where you have your usual CCD softkeys.

Forgot to say that CCD docs come separately from System docs and are available on BPWS.

Do you have the name of the doc? I have searched on all BPWS for any info of this and nothing.

Thanks

Sorry for late reply.
You go to BPWS->Technical knowledge base->Click on "Select you product", select OmniTouch Contact Center Standard Edition(or Premium) -> Click Download.
