Personal Options Paging Feature

I recently changed the prefix to dial outside from a 9 to a 3. Doing so users have lost the ability to get a page or a call from the personal options -> notify me schedules. Does anyone know where I would need to make a change to adjust the 9 prefix to the new 3 to allow the notifications to go thru. Thanks in advance.
