Only allow dialling certain numbers

Hi all,

Running the 4400 system here...

Basically, I want to be able to set up certain phones to only dial a select few extensions. Is this possible?

Hi. You can do the next. I will explain you with an example. You have two extensions: 11001 and 33001. Configure extension 11001 with Connection Category = 1 and extension 33001 with Connection Category=2. In Categorys-->Connection Categorys: choose connection category NÂ° 1 and make "Conncetion 2: 0" With this configuration extension 11001 canÂ´t comunicate with extension 33001, but (if you didnÂ´t manage the Connection Category NÂ° ") extension 33001 will comunicate with 11001.
