I have OXO R.5 with ACD
I want to check my ACD type but I don't know how

What do you mean with ACD type? when i saw this (some time ago) by curious with my oxo partner i never saw something like ACD types.

In OXO it had 4 version of Omnicontact call center
Ex: Omni contact Easy office, Contact welcome office
in those 4 version have differnece feature

And my OXO contact center when I start ACD Statistic Manager it give error " FTP connection error"
And I suspect because of license version That why I want to know how to check the version of contact center in OXO

According to my partner the versions only define the characteristics you have. The exact version is on your license file. The FTP error he says it's maybe a bad version as he knows there was a version that always failed on that issue.

Thier a bit problem on Statistic Manager software.
After install with verson 3.12.01 then I lunch the software after connect to PCX by puting ip@ of PCX it ask for password
I had try: *************** (cavagnaro: NO PASSWORDS)
but still can not login
Any one know about this Please help
