For example

(Outside Phone) -----incoming call-------> [Company Omnix PCX user] --------transfer to another----(Outside Phone)

Another question , is possible setup in mgr ? or always when i dial to this kind i must submit manually in device,

this kind of number is call center of any company. For example after you call to
these kind of number, the central tells you to choice some option, for exemple "1" for sales;
"2" for parts, "3" for sugestions ...

I setup "bussiness code category " for permissions, but i saw that
this bussiness code category will control all "bussiness code"

Is possible define permissions by individual bussiness code ...

I am new in Omnix PCX enterprise, we are starting setup in our company.

When we try to perform dial to external number from company ( using public telephony company) , so system return acess denied,
anyone knows what can be , or what features i must check in mgr ?

incoming calls from ...
