could not able to get tickets as on date on enterprie.

using 4760 software, i could not able to get tickets as on date. the syncronisation on nmc and node done successfully. after that i done partial syncronising on accounting counters(ptp).then in log it showing loader not active. next message syncronising done successfully. using adminnmc i taken reports using duration by set and directory entry. these definitions copied from accunting-->predefined definitons(querry tool).in date flter, i gave date>=11/1/04 and date<=2/22/05. but i could not able to get records as on date.

i reconfigure the 4760 software. now i can get records as on date. i can able to get records using duration by set option. but unable to get proper records by cost by set option. what may be the problem? the records exists in pbx. but using cost by set i unable to get it.

Yes.. Actually, I think if you have no currency and cost you cannot get the cost by set reports...

You have to configure the 4760 with currency and a carrier def.

Do you have an Code Book to import to your system?
If not you have to build everything from scratch.
