I don't know the real model because I don't know where to actually look for it. I'm remote and have no way to physically see him.
I only know that I was able to connect with OmniPCX office management and I know where I can "touch" the IPs. But I don't know the correct procedure to do it and what risks I may encounter.

What do you mean with V24 port, it's the console port?
