i maintain a pabx (alcatel 4400) but knows very little about it. recently i had some problem with with the PABX, the problem was, some sets are being automatically transfered (immediate transfer) to other sets without a knowledge of the user so i restored the system with new chorus and one month old back up. now there are someother problems. sometimes there is a massege on all the digital sets saying "call your installer", this massege appers sometimes not always...any advice on this

one more thing, the digital sets works fine without any problem, but nothing is seen on display except the massege on display "call your installer"

It means you have an invaild OPS file, in the OPS file you have a Hard key or a CPU ID and you will find this is incorrect to what your CPU has, call your installer will happen after a panic flag has been set for longer than 4 hours. you can run sprecover to fix the display but this will only work for 3 tries and then you need to reset the box until you get your OPS fixed.
