OXE system time

Dear all,
My system time is correct when checked in Swinst for both CPUs. Display on the digital sets show hours ahead or behind. NTP is not started. I don't use time update in PRI.
Anyone with and idea?

have you checked the domain timezone for media gateway is the same or default as the timezone in swinst? also have you rebooted if you changed timezone?

Hi alex,

We faced the same issue it's because of duplicated cpu, i don't how it get resolved exactly, set the time then u can do bascul from main to std.by and bascul from std.by to main, problem will be fixed...we call double bascul try it and let us know...

We had the same issue with a R9.1 , and the same solution for us as sera544: double bascule fixed it.

I've seen this issue before too. And in all our cases running a double-bascul was the solution. Especially if you have changed the time zone in swinst.

We have found that when sites were installed they are left with a French DB which obviously has it's timezone set to change during the year with DST. If you're in a country in a different timezone to France/Paris then you're going to run into problems.

As suggested by aponterules check the time in mgr/system as well. I'm almost 100% sure (from memory) that this parameter is the one which affects the time displayed on your phone sets.

Get the CS's double-basculed.
