4635 and RMA MOD board ..!?

RMA MODB is for common hardware.
4635 is for crystal hardware.
Where in the hell do you have a CS with a 4635 voicemail..!?

Hi Frank,

Maybe the installation is a Crystal Hardware with Appliance Server as its CPU.

Never mind.
So your only solution is to use a MOXA box. This will let you telnet from the PBX into the 4635.

It is possible, I have done it but my site was spacial redundancy so I used exb port to connect to voicemail. you will just need to play around with pinouts and it works.

I know the best solution is to use MOXA, but sometime sales people knows nothing about the system and they sell anything to customer..
anyway I have an appliance server with crystal hardware. and wanna use MOD and RMA to remote connection.
If use EXB , I think I wont be able to use a remote connexion to z CPU.
Murray how managed to do this?
thx
