IP touch Phone Firmware Upgrade

Dear All.

I want IP touch phone 4038EE firmware upgrade.

because 2 Phones are firmware version is low version another IP touch phone.

I search the firmware method or tool is nothing.

Whose is that known firmware upgrade ?

I want upgrade IP touch phone.

What managed in Phone feature COS for this sets - Download policy and Download start (for delayed).

How Do i upgrade firmware?

As I understand - IP Touch will be upgraded automatically (from PBX depends of release)
I1.605.14e - 4.20.60
I1.605.16c - 4.20.70
I1.605.21 - 4.21.00
Just commect set to PBX with right binaries.

Yes.. but 2 IP touch phone is status bad

exactly tell you, I confiue setting IP 2 Phone.

and Phone is reset. 1/5 2/5 3/5 ...

but Normal status is 4/5 but Phone display is invalid data binary and bad file content and 5/5 status gone.

and After DN is enter the phone. I saw the LCD Status . it's status bad wrote at LCD.

Another some phone are same status(bad), but starange thing is some phone are bad status phone changed Normal status phone during few days.

today is 1 phone change bad -> normal.

How do I confirm this problem to solution situation ?

I just knew bad status firmware ->4.20.60 normal status firmware -> 4.20.70
