redial problem

has this issue been solved yet? I had a similar with 9.1 I1605.26 when user attempt to redial ( either by pressing redial key on the X8 or X9) or by using a programmable key, it's always rejecting him, saying "not authorized" .
Any idea what is happening? the phone feature COS and specific telephone services setting regarding redial are OK.

yes, they are all good.
actually, it's not just the redial which is not working, even when you try to dial the same number within less that two minutes, that call said " feature rejected", so for me, it looks like a weird timer that's is preventing the same number dialling back to back..any idea? this behaviour just appeared after upgrade from 8.0 to 9.1

Did you find your issue when dialling an internal extension with "feature rejected" as I now have similar ussue in R9.1-i1.605-16-c
Thinking of installing latest patch/s
