4645 VM Auto Attendant can not be reached from DID

Hi,

I had a VM AA working ok but after a OXE reboot it stop to working. I verified that is only with external calls, if an user call the associated internal number he can hear the menu. When we call from DID we get busy tone.

I tried to restart shelf 18 and the virtual GPA without success. Any sugestion?

For information, happened again and rebooting not solved my problem this time, so I updated to j260329b and solved the problem.
