DECT4HB whit DTM wont work. please help me.

Did you tried with synchro master --> YES to register the board?

I assume there isn't. I have never configured such old releases.
Anyway maybe you can play also with synchro prio..

Why do you set operational state in the Board Parameter to Disabled?

nothing that I can set, the system does it for me.

But we found the error, we went down to the customer and changed the dect4hb board again, to a new one, and it worked.
We also equipped one dect4hb board whit an DTM so the system now have two dect dtm present.

Okay. Seems i was confused with the other flag. One was read only and the other manageable.
