Switch Rebooting

Post by warnox »

Hi,

I'm having an issue where one switch, in a stack of 3, seems to randomly reboot. This happens every few weeks and is not predictable. A few weeks ago I upgraded the firmware to OS6250 AOS 6.6.3.509 R01 but doesn't seem to have fixed the problem.

I've been told the power supply has been replaced in the past so it doesn't seem to be a power issue.

These are the logs I can see.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or what I can do to resolve it?

Does the whole stack reboot or just one NI? What do the logs of this NI tell you?

Do you use UserPorts feature?
