can someone help me to use MGR?

I am the new to Alcatel OXE. Before I could use Neterm to log in and create the new number, but now my colleague blocks "MGR", when type MGR, just show "-bash", how to use 'MGR" again? in OMNIVISTA 4670 to open 'MGR" or ? thanks for your sincerely reply .

Hello, have you tríes tu use just telnet fron your pc instead of neterm?

what do you mean that your college block mgr?

We use System Voice Guide:V5.2, when type mgr in Netrerm or Telnet, they just show "-bash:mgr comment not found",

but you can find "MGR" comment in Data Base, please see the attachment ~

Can someone help me how to solve this problem? there is really inconvinience not to use "MGR" ?

or how to resctructure "MGR" comments during the unix instruments?

Yes, I am running MGR under the mtcl. Actually I could modify when run MGR under the mtcl, but not recently. My colleague removed or block MGR to use Unix or others instruments ? If you know how to recovery the MGR, please let me know. Really Thanks for you do me a favor.

We cannot guess what your colleague did. Maybe you can check looking into /var/log/shell.log
There you can find what he did (if he did not manipulate also this file...).
