Hello everyone

after work on the side of the operator (reverse cables, loop testing, ...)
My beam is now in service and indicates F (Free)
the problem I have is when I took this line to call, I have no dial tone and no trace on my PBX.
* how should I do to control my setup? to see if my card on my side PRA-T2 is configured properly and that all function
* why I did not tone-hook?
* how to delete trkstat alarms?

thank you for your answers

below how to reach the state of my beam is on and I have no alarm

The role of the CPU is MAIN

hi to clear all alrms
tape increset and choose option 4
it seams that synch is ok as levet2 is connect2
trace for call setup and other t3 C=2 c=6
for dialling tone may you operator doesn't send it as some mobile or sip career

also post you board pra at digital acces level config and the t2 trunk group config
if you set your acces as network mode you should put Bchanal choice at trunk group to yes

ok you should first post the whole configuration
board config
go to shelf n°2 >>down hierarchy>>board °6 it should be a pra >>>digital acces of this board
post also the trunk group general config and local config of trkgroup
also go down and choose the npd selector for that trkgp.
what's you did range assigned by the operator? .
give also installation numebr if given bythe operator?

also a question the operator has ask you to put your pabx as network or user mode?.
