Stuck in miniboot and all LED port on

I need advise, my 6250p24 and 6250-24 got stuck at miniboot command prompt and all LED for port are on.

Can you post the boot-output (attach it here)

ist you can enter miniboot i would try to do a newfs to delete the flash and than reinstall the firmware using USB Stick or xModem.
If you can't do that rma the switches.

@slixxboy: Afaik there are no "show" commands in miniboot.

Have you tried the next point from devnull: reinstall firmware?
