And 100 here is subinterface of physical interface or it is referring to the vlan?

Traffic to/from SAP 9/1/8:100 is tagged with dot1q VLAN ID 100 on the physical port 9/1/8.
In SR OS an interface is configured separately and then associated with a SAP. You configure the IP address on the interface.
