I have tried it in the lab and actually I had the same problem as you described. I have checked IES interfaces with VPLS attached, VPRN interfaces with VPLS attached and VPRN interfaces with SAP-s only. The last option was the only one that was working for me(so without VPLS). At the same time I ve seen the same configuration as yours in production network fully operational. In my lab the problem is with VRRP communication between the nodes through VPLS, but it is just a lab and I used to have some problems when testing L2 cases as my vSRs do have same chassis MAC addresses. So maybe someone else will advise you as I cannot tell what can be wrong in your case.

Me too i exported this configs from an operational network . But in the LAB , is not working as well.
